Delimber Operator

1. Will be a Delimber Operator.
2. Worker must operate a track or tire mounted mechanical delimber.
3. Must be able to identify trees according to species and sort them into designated piles.
4. Retrieve unlimbed trees from a roadside yard, delimbs them, and places them in an orderly manner for easy retrieval by the loading crane.
5. Must have the ability to work as a three-member team and maintain productivity as a team. Must be able to operate a carrier vehicle.
6. Must perform minor maintenance and repairs on equipment daily.
7. Must be in good physical condition and be able to work in adverse weather conditions.
8. Must have six months of referenced, paid production experience as a delimber operator.
9. Must abide by landowner, OSHA, and employer, regulations.
