Agricultural Equipment Operator

We are a large family-owned farming business, and we have our peak busy season during harvest which is mid-September to the first part of December every year. With this being our busiest time of year, we need extra seasonal help/workers during this time to get all of our crops (corn and soybeans) out of the fields in a timely manner. Job duties will include: prepare fields for planting, attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools, operate tractors, operate other farm equipment, load hoppers, containers, or conveyors to feed machines with products, using forklifts, transfer augers, suction gates, shovels, or pitchforks, load crops and unload crops, operate equipment to harvest crops, drive pickup trucks to haul crops, supplies, and tools, inspect, adjust, and complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
