Hand Harvest Inbreds and seed corn and Field work - Workers will hand select and pick and dry corn. Must be able to work long hours, where conditions may be hot and humid, the majority of the workday is spent on one's feet. Must be able to lift 70Ibs. to shoulder height repetitively throughout the workday and able to lift and carry 70Ibs. in field. Workers may be required to submit to random drug tests at the discretion of the employer. Drug testing and background checks may be performed during the interview process. Use of personal cell phone or other personal electronic device during working hours strictly prohibited except For work-related calls or emergencies and violation may result in immediate termination.
