Atividades e descrição
- The manager will have a schedule of when each type of apple needs to be picked. He will instruct the fieldworkers as to which apples are to be picked.
- Check-in with the manager
- Picking the apples when they have reached maturity.
- Picking apples with enough care not to bruise, crush or damage them in any way
- Racking leaves and other weeds from under apple trees after then have been picked
- Apples are to be packed with a mixture of small, medium, and large
- Assisting manager with the production of apple cider
- Fill the gallon until it is almost to the top
- Use half a gallon to fill the gallons to the top
- Once gallons are filled all the way to the top then cap
