Turkey Farmworker

Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties related to the production of turkeys for the majority of the workdays in the overall contract period.
Turkey farm work will include the following responsibilities: attend to live turkeys for meat products by helping with de-beaking and growing of turkeys; feeding, watering, and cleaning of turkeys to be free of feces and straw; catching, loading and unloading turkeys; moving birds from barn to barn; load/unload farm trucks on, or between, farm worksites; cleaning and maintaining turkey housing and farm grounds; collecting eggs; assisting with insemination; assisting in hatching eggs; laying straw; workers possessing the proper licensure may be asked to transport other farm workers
