Workers will perform a combination of livestock care and general property maintenance duties. Livestock responsibilities include assisting with vaccinating, supplementing, and feeding cattle; assisting with the birthing of calves; monitoring calf health and administering medication as directed; and weaning calves from mother cows. Workers will assist with sorting and preparing calves for market. Daily observation and care of livestock is required to monitor for signs of illness, injury, or abnormal behavior. Workers will also assist with maintenance and repairs to water structures, feed bunks, fences, and corrals. This includes removing and replacing damaged fencing, spraying weeds along fence rows and in corrals, and ensuring all enclosures are secure and functional. Duties may include operating farm vehicles and equipment as needed. In addition, workers will perform cleaning and light maintenance of camp houses and lodge facilities. Tasks include sweeping, mopping, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, removing trash, and conducting minor repairs (e.g., fixing leaks, patching walls, replacing fixtures). Outdoor maintenance may include mowing, trimming brush, clearing debris, power washing surfaces, and general upkeep of grounds and common areas. All work must be performed according to employer instructions and in compliance with applicable safety regulations. Job duties may vary based on seasonal needs.
