Agricultural Equipment Operator

We farm 3,000 acres of seed corn, commercial corn, soybeans, milo, and tomatoes. We need employees to assist with all aspects of growing these crops starting with field prep, planting, spraying, field maintenance, harvesting and hauling the crops from fields to storage locations. This is a combination of ground farmed with machinery usage to grow all the crops for us. All crops are machine harvested, and machine planted. Employee will operate UTVs, ATVs, tractors, farm trucks, combines, sprayers, and trailers for assigned field activities, harvest, loading/unloading grain, transport, and delivery. Employees will use GPS equipment and field computers. Employees will assist with farm maintenance and control. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a commercial CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial trucking is required. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
