Workers will perform the duties of: General lubrication, service (check fluids), and mechanical repair to machinery: mechanical maintenance, site upkeep. Maintain appearance and quality of elevator site grounds. Grain Handling (dump grain in bins and loads trucks and rail cars). Per state regulations, the employer is exempt from a commercial CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial or heavy truck driving that requires CDL is required. The employer will allocate adequate breaks as determined by local and federal regulations. Operator License Class D- Candidate will have 60 days to obtain. Regulatory compliance: Adhere to all local and federal regulations regarding work hours, breaks, and safety protocols. Employment may be terminated for the following reasons: repeated absenteeism or tardiness, violation of safety protocols. Failure to perform job duties satisfactorily. Misconduct or insubordination. Substance abuse on the job and operating machinery and vehicles.
