Atividades e descrição

• Workers will be manually installing and repairing fences. Workers will also be required to feed and
• maintain cattle as well as mow or apply chemical treatments to pastures. Workers will be required to
• lift 30 lbs. Work can be in inclement weather conditions including extremely hot, humid, cold, and/or
• rainy weather. Workers will be supplied all necessary tools for the job at no cost to them. Workers will
• be required to operate equipment or tools at times and must do so in accordance with proper safety
• training that will be provided to them. Must show proof of legal authority to work in USA. Must be 18
• years old. Long sleeve shirts and long pants are recommended to minimize skin exposure to cuts,
• scrapes, or sun. Workers will perform prolonged walking over uneven ground in dusty or muddy
• conditions. Workers must adhere to all safety rules as instructed by the supervisor. Instructions and
• general supervision will be provided by the employer or a designated employee. Workers will be
• expected to perform their duties in a timely and proficient manner and will have close supervision to
• ensure adherence to instructions. Work will be closely monitored and reviewed for quality. Employer
• may request, but not require, workers to work more than the stated daily hours and/or on a workers
• Sabbath or federal holiday. Workers must report at designated time and place each day. Daily or
• weekly work schedule may vary due to weather, sunlight, temperature, or other factors. Employer will
• notify workers of any change to start time. Workers will have an unpaid lunch break.
