Atividades e descrição
- Work is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00 pm, with 1 hour, unpaid, lunch. Workers will harvest sugarcane, may operate farm equipment and will perform manual labor such as hand harvesting, shoveling and clearing trees. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials. All tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned are provided to the worker, without charge or deposit. Hours may fluctuate due to weather conditions or mechanical breakdowns but will not reduce the 3/4 guarantee over the life of the contract. Possibility of work breakdown will not reduce workers guarantee over the life of the contract.
