FARM LABORER

Workers will be required to cut and bail hay throughout the year as needed, fertilize hay fields and replant as needed, stack and store hay, feed cattle, repair and maintain fencing, minor repair and maintenance to equipment and farm vehicles, assist in moving cattle for grazing purposes, keep equipment, barn and housing clean and free of debris, as well as any other duties that may arise in the operation of a hay/cattle farm. Drug tests may be performed post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers' compensation guidelines. Failure to comply or testing positive may result in immediate termination. All work and safety rules must be followed.
