Farm Laborer

Workers will be required to work as general farm laborers on a cattle / hay farms. This includes but not limited to: working cattle, fixing fences, fertilizing, cutting, bailing and hauling hay, feeding and checking cattle, minor repair and maintenance to hay butting and bailing tractors, etc. Drug tests may be performed post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and to keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Failure to comply or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Workers must obey all posted work and safety rules. All workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
