Workers will support various tasks related to livestock management on the open range, including providing feed and water, guiding animals to pastures for grazing, and inspecting them for signs of illness or injury. They will also help with the vaccination process by herding animals into corrals or stalls and manually restraining them as needed. Additional responsibilities include applying medication to wounds, spraying livestock with insecticides, assisting with castration, and marking animals with ID notches or brands. Furthermore, workers will contribute to grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, repairing fences, and cleaning up debris. Opportunities for weekend work may be available occasionally
