Workers will grade land and prepare for planting crops, will operate tractors, grain carts, and grain bag loaders/unloaders to plant, cultivate and harvest corn and bean crops. Workers will operate farm vehicles, trucks, grain trailers, excavators and grader machines to transport and move grain and beans to grain bins. Workers must be non-smokers and have 3 months of heavy farm equipment, semi-truck, and or heavy machinery experience, have a valid drivers license and be able to obtain a Nebraska drivers license within 30 days. (A written and driving test will be required). Illegal drugs are not permitted in any housing, worksite or vehicle. Post hire drug test will be performed upon accident, incidence or suspicion and will be at the employers expense. Failure or refusal of a drug test is ground for immediate termination. During peak harvest season, workers can work up to 90/hours per week.
